  • While I usually work with coaches, I'm definitely open to discussing your design needs to see if we'd be a good fit. Generally, I take on design projects for personal brands where the entrepreneur works with clients one-on-one or in small groups. If you're curious, don't hesitate to reach out HERE and share more about your business and what you're looking for!

  • No, I am open to working with all gender identities! If you love my design style and are interested in up-leveling your coaching business’ online presence, let’s connect!

  • I use Stripe to collect payments and bill you through Dubsado, my amazing CRM. All billing is in USD.

  • For my Custom Brand & Website Design Package, 30% of the total design fee is due upon booking. This non-refundable 30% deposit holds your place in my design calendar, and that spot is no longer available to be booked by anyone else.

    Halfway through our design period, a 35% payment is due.

    On the last day of our design period, just before we launch your site, the final 35% remainder payment will be due.

    If you change your design date within 5 business days of booking, your deposit will be used to hold your new date in the design calendar.

    If you change your design date 6 business days or later after booking, your deposit cannot be used towards another design date and will not be refunded.

  • You will need to pay for your Squarespace plan (see their pricing HERE), a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions (if you don’t already have them, I have a recommendation–see below), and any custom coding needed to achieve the functionality you want on your site (usually $20-50 per widget).

    I highly recommend buying any contract templates you need from The Creative Law Shop. Use code “FISON10” for 10% off your purchase!

  • I'll provide you with a link to your Client Hub in Notion, which outlines exactly what you'll need to provide. In short, be prepared to complete the Branding and Website Design Workbook that I'll send you as soon as you pay your deposit. This workbook will help gather all the necessary details to make the process much smoother once your project begins!

    High-quality images that represent you and your brand are a MUST! I recommend booking a brand photoshoot before the website redesign. If you need help finding a brand photographer in your area, just let me know, and I'd be happy to chat about what to look for.

    For the copy on your site, we'll co-write the content for each page together. If you'd prefer to hire a professional copywriter, that works too! I’m happy to recommend a few top-notch copywriters you can work with before starting the design process.

  • I want my clients to feel empowered to make website edits themselves and not be completely reliant on paying an outside source every time they want to make a tweak to their site or publish a new blog post. That is why I chose Squarespace as the platform for my design business.

    Squarespace is purposefully set up with simple design parameters to ensure that the website we design looks consistent throughout. The site canvas is built on a 12-column grid system, which makes it easy to keep elements aligned and evenly spaced. At the same time, the built-in Style Editor allows your site to be completely customized and I am able to inject code to make sure it looks completely unique.

    Lastly, Squarespace has exceptional, award-winning customer service, so I can rest in the fact that my clients will be well taken care of after I finish their site design. The video tutorials and written help guides will often have the solution you’re looking for, but you always have the option to reach out to a real person via live chat on weekdays or by email 24 hours a day. Help-desk advisors are able to look at the back-end of your website, so their assistance is individualized to your specific situation. (No generic help here!)

    For all of these reasons, I believe Squarespace is the best platform out there to meet your business website needs.

  • Which plan to pick depends on what features and functionality your website will have. I’ll help you pick the best plan for you when we get on our Site Launch video call on the final day of the design period.

  • I'm a web designer, not a web developer, so custom coding isn't included in my web design package. However, I do use common CSS coding to make style edits on your website. If your dream website requires a feature that isn't available natively in Squarespace, I can guide you on where to purchase custom coding that I can install for you. These coded widgets usually cost $30-60 apiece. We can chat about this as needed during the design process, so there's no need to stress about it now!
